Who we are

F3 GYM is the gym of F3 Fysio at Hertekade 333, 3011 XV Rotterdam. If you have a question about your details, please call us or send an email. The contact details can be found on the contact page.

What data we process

• Data that you fill in yourself on the contact form: name, email address, telephone number, your choice under “I want” and your message.
• Data associated with your membership or appointment, such as your name and address details and your payment details. That processing is handled via our booking system.
• Measured values from an F3 Fitcheck, if you have done one.

What we use that data for

To contact you, to carry out your membership or appointment, and to draw up your training plan and measurement report. We do not use your data for anything else and we do not sell it.

How long we keep them

Requests via the contact form are kept for as long as necessary to handle your query. Data associated with your membership is kept for as long as you are a member and thereafter for as long as required by law.

Sharing with others

We only share your data with parties that help us provide the service, such as our booking and payment system and our hosting provider. Agreements have been made with those parties regarding the handling of your data.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or have your data deleted. Please contact us to do so. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

This website places functional cookies that are necessary for the site to work. The map on the contact page is loaded via Google Maps; in doing so, Google may process data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
