Terms and conditions.
The conditions of your membership, the F3 Fitcheck and the settlement of €55.
Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to membership of F3 GYM, the F3 Fitcheck, and personal training at F3 GYM located at Hertekade 333 in Rotterdam.
Membership
- All prices are per four-week period and include VAT. There are no registration fees.
- You will gain access using a personal QR code in the app. That code is non-transferable.
- Membership can be changed per the next four-week period. Switching to Supervised is possible as soon as there is a place available in a group.
- At Begeleid there is a limited number of places. A missed session can be rescheduled within the same week if there is space.
F3 fit check and settlement
- The F3 Fitcheck is a fitness and movement assessment, not a medical examination and not a diagnosis.
- The basic check costs €55 and can be booked separately, even without a membership.
- If you become a member within four weeks of your Fitcheck, we will deduct the €55 for the basic check from your first period as a one-off. This deduction only applies to the basic check, not to individual in-depth tests or the combined rate, and cannot be combined with other discounts or offers.
- We assess suitability for participation in the Åstrand cycle test in advance. We may refuse participation if that is more sensible for your health.
Personal training
Personal training is booked separately, alongside any membership. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours in advance.
Health and liability
You train at your own risk. Please let us know in advance if you have any symptoms or are undergoing treatment, so that we can take this into account. In the event of abnormal measurements, we advise you to contact your GP. F3 GYM is not liable for damage resulting from failure to follow instructions or from withholding relevant information about your health.
Opening hours and admission
The gym is open daily for members from 06:00 to 23:00. Supervision is available from Tuesday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:00. We may adjust the opening hours, for example on public holidays.
Start by knowing where you stand
In 20 minutes you'll know where you stand. If you become a member within 4 weeks, we'll deduct the €55 from your first period.
